Verify KYC level 1 for natural person

https://api.brla.digital:5567/v1/superuser/kyc/pf/level1

Collects necessary documents and start KYC level 1 verification for the logged user as a natural person. A 201 response status doesn't mean that the user has passed the verification, it only means that the documents were accepted and the verification started. The confirmation is asynchronous
